About MapleStory Classic World Wiki

MapleStory Classic World Wiki is a fan-run reference for MapleStory Classic World. We collect what players need in one place: classes, tier lists, stats, unlock steps and guides, each with its sources and the date it was last checked.

Where the data comes from

Every value on the site comes from a named source: the developer's own posts and patch notes, the official community channels, and established guide sites. We paraphrase those sources and link them at the foot of each page. A page says "community-reported" until a source confirms the value was tested in-game. We never invent stats, drop rates or codes, and we list a code only when two separate sources report it. See the official links page for where we read patch notes, and the update log for what changed and when.

How the tier lists work

Our tiers are not our opinion. We read every published MapleStory Classic World tier list we can find and take the middle tier for each entry, so one outlier list cannot move a ranking. Each tier list page shows which lists we counted and when they were last updated.

Corrections

Games change quickly and we will get things wrong. If you spot a mistake, email hello@maplestory-classic.wiki with the page address and what it should say, plus a link or screenshot if you have one. We check every report before the page changes. Our privacy policy and terms of use cover the rest of how the site runs.
